The Genesis brand houses our student housing properties. The brand offers affordable housing solutions for budget-conscious students. We understand what it’s like to be away from home and design and remodel our amenities for our residents to gather, study, and work. Standard features under this brand include fitness centers, pet-friendly spaces, and spacious apartment homes.
THE GENESIS BRAND ASSETS
The Genesis name is inspired by the beginning of the next phase of adulthood – college is an important phase in young adulthood and we wanted a name that reflects the evolution of the mind, spirit, and social aspects.
Our brand colors and floorplans are also uniquely chosen and named to reflect the personality of the brand.
