BSc in Industrial Engineering, University of Pittsburgh

Andy oversees all asset management activities for Alpha Residential, reporting to our Chief Operating Officer. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and started his career at General Electric. He spent 17 years at GE, in a variety roles – Corporate Audit Manager, Commercial Investment Manager, St. Associate Director, Asset Manager/Sustainability Leader, and finally Senior Vice President, managing a portfolio in 11 different states. Andy has also designed, prototyped, and patented (provisional) a drainage product. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and hopes to get back to traveling and enjoying great food and fine wines.
