JP is responsible for managing our construction activities and design-build projects, with 25 years of experience in project management, acquisitions, entitlement, construction, and development. Before joining Alpha Residential, JP served as a Senior Project Manager for Oxford Development and as a Senior Real Estate Development Manager with Horizon Properties Group, where he oversaw the development of 8 new hotels around the Pittsburgh region. JP enjoys the outdoors, including skiing and mountain biking and spending time with his wife and two sons in his free time.
